My family had a fabulous time in Jamaica!  The house was perfect!  It was spacious and everyone enjoyed the verandas and view of the sea.  However, our experience in the villa would not have been half as enjoyable had it not been for the dedicated staff.  From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure they attended to our every need.  First and foremost they were helpful and kind at all times.  They were skilled in accommodating to the various dietary quirks of the family and responsive to any special requests we made.  Every meal was spectacular and I especially enjoyed my birthday key lime pie!  They kept the house immaculate at all times and it was a joy to have clean laundry every day! 

When we left the comforts of the villa we were just as well taken care of by Denton.  He was very dependable, knowledgeable, and flexible  to our excursion needs.   In addition to some of the more usual sites we visited he was so kind to take my nephew and me to the animal shelter (The Animal House of Jamaica) that I read about.  My family learned a lot about the island from Denton which enriched our experience greatly.

As wonderful as everyone was in Jamaica, Alan, Latoya and you made it all possible.  Without you, we never would have stayed at Pineapple Villa!  I know I asked lots of questions and you were always quick and thorough with your responses.  My father was also very pleased with your services and those of the team in Jamaica.

Please convey to everyone involved how much fun my family had and how grateful we are to everyone.

One last item;  I can’t recall whether there was a security deposit included in the house fee.  Please refresh my memory!
